Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is seeking a qualified Head of Operations to oversee factory operations, lead multi-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and manage food manufacturing/FMCG processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee factory operations, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
Lead and develop a team across production, quality, engineering, and administration.
Drive continuous improvement in throughput, waste reduction, and efficiency.
Maintain compliance with FSSC 22000+ ISO 9001 standards and audit readiness.
Manage fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and distribution costs.
Oversee the operations budget and expenditure tracking.
Collaborate with leadership on capacity planning and scaling strategies.
Promote safety, accountability, and operational excellence on-site.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related fields.
10+ years of senior operations/production management in food manufacturing or FMCG.
Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000+ ISO 9001 systems.
Skilled in analytics, planning, and people management.
Results-oriented and adaptable in scaling environments.
