We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Payments Operations Specialist to manage and optimize end-to-end payment flows across card networks, local payment rails, FX providers, and banking partners. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of financial transactions and the efficiency of our payment infrastructure.

Manage and optimize end-to-end payment flows across card networks and local payment rails.
Oversee relationships and technical integrations with FX providers and banking partners.

Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in fintech payments operations.
Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of card networks, FX operations, and local payment systems.
Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
