Required Qualifications and Competencies

For appointment, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Academic Qualifications:
  • An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field (Marketing, Procurement, or Project Management) from an accredited University.
  • OR A Master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited University (in special cases) with at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level. Candidates with a Master's must also be registered in good standing for a Ph.D. in the relevant field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Must be computer literate with the ability to handle and manage digital content.
  • Demonstrated ability to support students in an online learning environment.
• Professionalism:
  • Membership in relevant professional bodies is required.
