Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality instruction in Instructional Design through online and distance learning frameworks.
Support and mentor students through digital communication channels.
Develop and manage digital academic content for instructional design courses.
Facilitate learning and provide timely feedback on student assessments.
Participate in any other university-assigned duties related to the academic program.
Qualifications and Experience
Academic Qualification: An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited University.
Alternative Qualification: In special cases, a Master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited University with at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level and proof of registration in good standing for a Ph.D. in a relevant field.
Technical Competencies: Must be computer literate with a proven ability to handle digital content and support students in an online environment.
