Role Overview\nThe Open University of Kenya (OUK) is seeking qualified and dedicated Part-Time Lecturers specializing in Global Business Leadership and Diplomacy. OUK is an innovative institution that leverages technology to provide flexible online and distance education. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality academic instruction and provide robust support to students within a digital learning environment.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Deliver curriculum in Global Business Leadership and Diplomacy through online and distance learning modes.\n* Support and facilitate student learning in a digital environment.\n* Develop and manage digital content for assigned course units.\n* Assess and evaluate student performance in accordance with university standards.\n* Provide academic guidance and mentorship through virtual platforms.\n\n### Qualifications and Experience\n* An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in Global Business Leadership, Diplomacy, or a closely related field from an accredited University.\n* A Master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited University (in special cases) with at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level and registered in good standing for a Ph.D. in the relevant field.\n* Evidence of computer literacy with the ability to handle digital content and support students online.\n* Active membership with relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.\n\n### Required Documentation\nTo be considered, applicants must provide an updated CV (including full academic details and professional experience), names and addresses of three referees, copies of National ID or Passport, and relevant academic certificates and testimonials.
