We are currently seeking a meticulous Operations Analyst to join our team.
Behind every accurate NAV, every processed redemption, and every client report sent on time, there is a dedicated professional ensuring the numbers are correct. At Nabo Capital, our Operations team is mission-critical—the 'engine room' of the business. They ensure client transactions are processed correctly, reconciliations balance to the cent, taxes are filed on time, and reports are distributed without error.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations.
Process client transactions and redemptions efficiently and accurately.
Perform meticulous financial reconciliations to ensure accounts balance to the cent.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of taxes.
Generate and distribute error-free client reports on schedule.
Support the broader operations engine to maintain business integrity.
Qualifications and Requirements
A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Strong analytical skills and a high level of precision.
A commitment to accuracy and taking pride in detail-oriented work.
Ability to work within the 'engine room' environment where meeting deadlines for reporting and processing is essential.
