About the Role
The Kenya Actors Guild (KAG) is the national professional representative body for actors in Kenya, mandated to safeguard actors’ rights, welfare, and professional standards while strengthening advocacy, capacity building, and industry coordination. The Guild is seeking an Office Administrator to provide vital support to the Secretariat. This role is central to ensuring institutional stability and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Office Coordination: Manage daily office operations and oversee comprehensive record management systems.
Logistical Support: Provide support for the organization of meetings, programs, and industry events.
Correspondence Management: Handle official correspondence and maintain organized document filing systems.
Board Support: Coordinate and support Board and committee meetings.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from members and external stakeholders.
Archives Maintenance: Maintain and update institutional documentation and archives.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: A minimum of a BA, BSc, or HND degree in a relevant field.
Skills: Strong organizational, clerical, and logistical coordination skills.
Attributes: Ability to work efficiently within a professional body and contribute to institutional stability.
