Job Description
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking a Mission Home Attendant to support the maintenance and operations of the mission home. This role requires an individual who can handle custodial tasks, manage equipment, and follow strict safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Apply a thorough understanding of custodial procedures, supplies, and equipment usage.
Operate assigned maintenance equipment, including buffers, carpet cleaners, and vacuums.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing loaded carts, bending, crawling, and reaching as needed.
Communicate effectively in English for general interaction, video-based training, building security, and safety compliance.
Understand and execute instructions provided both verbally and in writing, with the ability to listen and ask clarifying questions.
Successfully complete all required safety and equipment usage training programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Basic understanding of custodial procedures and equipment handling.
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Willingness to undergo safety training.
