Job Description
Pergamon Group Ltd, a fast-growing ICT Company with operations in Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania, is seeking to recruit a young and energetic Marketing Executive - Channels to work in its Kenyan office. The successful candidate will be results-driven and focused on expanding the company's reseller network and enhancing market presence across Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
Reseller Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard resellers, dealers, and strategic partners.
Channel Growth: Drive revenue growth through partner and reseller channels, specifically avoiding direct selling to focus on the channel network.
Regional Expansion: Expand market coverage in key regions including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and other emerging markets.
Support & Training: Provide product training and ongoing support to channel partners concerning POS, banking, and tax solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor, track, and report on partner performance and sales pipeline activity.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, channel management, or distribution.
Relationship Management: Proven ability to develop and manage strategic business relationships.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Attributes: Self-driven, target-oriented, and energetic.
Mobility: Willingness to travel across various regions in Kenya.
