Role Overview
Stratostaff is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide effective coordination and administrative support in the execution of marketing, public relations, and communications activities. The successful candidate will assist in campaign implementation, manage digital and content updates, support public relations initiatives, and facilitate internal communications to enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Support the execution of approved marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations by coordinating timelines, materials, and suppliers.
Digital Management: Assist with the day-to-day management of social media and digital platforms, including content scheduling and performance reporting.
Public Relations: Support coordination of PR activities, media requests, and press materials, and maintain records of media coverage.
Corporate Communications: Coordinate the timely production of the quarterly company magazine by collecting content and liaising with designers and printers.
Brand Compliance: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and internal policies, maintaining documentation for audits, ISO, and HSSEQ requirements.
Market Research: Assist in research activities, including competitor analysis, customer insights, and tracking campaign effectiveness.
Event Planning: Support planning and coordination for company activations, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagements.
Reporting & Administration: Prepare marketing reports and presentations, maintain databases and asset libraries, and provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or digital support role.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media, or Public Relations are preferred.
Knowledge: Understanding of brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and experience supporting marketing campaigns.
