The role of Manager, Internal Financial Control & Regulatory Reporting involves strategic oversight to guarantee compliance with IFRS and relevant accounting standards, while upholding excellence in financial reporting. The Manager will lead and execute internal financial control practices, monitor adherence to the approved Group Internal Financial Control framework, and continuously improve control capabilities across the organization.
A core responsibility is driving quality assurance for general finance processes within all legal entities, ensuring consistency with the Internal Financial Control framework. Furthermore, the role involves managing and coordinating all audit activities, serving as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors. This includes ensuring timely preparation of deliverables, resolving audit queries, and implementing recommendations to foster strong governance, transparency, and continuous improvement in financial operations.
Type of Qualification: First Degree in Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting or any other related field.
Professional Certification: CPA (K) or ACCA is required.
