Noblestride Capital is a leading financial services firm specializing in corporate and strategic advisory, alongside capital raising services tailored for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Manager for Corporate Valuation and Advisory. This role is designed for a professional who is deeply passionate about financial valuation, modeling, and strategic advisory within diverse sectors such as Financial Services, Agri-business, and Energy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute corporate valuation engagements for mid-tier corporates and SMEs.
Develop, refine, and manage complex financial models to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Provide expert advisory on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising processes.
Conduct rigorous financial analysis to deliver actionable insights for clients.
Collaborate with business owners and executives in the SME sector to facilitate growth and strategic alignment.
Manage project lifecycles from initial research to final reporting and client presentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
A minimum of a BA/BSc/HND degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
Demonstrated expertise in financial valuation methodologies (DCF, Relative Valuation, etc.) and financial modeling.
Strong analytical skills with a high degree of proficiency in financial analysis software and tools.
A keen interest or proven experience in M&A transactions and capital raising strategies.
Ability to work effectively across multiple industries including Financial Services, Agri-business, and Energy.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
