Maintenance Technician

Sukoon Nyali Suites, a luxurious accommodation provider in Mombasa featuring 35 beautifully appointed rooms, exceptional dining experiences, and comprehensive wellness facilities, is seeking a qualified and passionate Maintenance Technician to join their team. The facility operates as a family-friendly, alcohol-free environment, ensuring a peaceful stay for guests from all walks of life.

This role is crucial in upholding the high standards of the property by ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all facilities and amenities.

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be maintaining the physical structure of the hotel and its operational systems. This includes:

• Conducting routine preventive maintenance checks on all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Promptly diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues and general repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Performing minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
• Ensuring all maintenance operations comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining inventory of parts and tools and keeping accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
