Key Responsibilities
Overall supervision and maintenance of physical infrastructure.
Carry out routine inspection and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, and electrical works.
Implement preventative maintenance schedules.
Oversee University projects, equipment, and buildings, ensuring their proper use.
Ensure facilities comply with all necessary safety standards.
Supervise and certify work performed by service providers, ensuring quality standards are met and relevant regulations are adhered to.
Maintain the building exterior, grounds, gardens, pathways, and car parking areas.
Maintain accurate inventory of tools and equipment.
Ensure proper sanitization standards and maintenance are upheld throughout the university.
Coordinate regulatory environmental audits.
Provide monthly maintenance reports to the university management.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma in Architectural engineering.
Three years of work experience.
