The role of the Loans Team Leader is crucial for driving performance within the Logbook Loans and Asset Financing division. You will be responsible for inspiring and leading a high-performing sales team, driving results, and ensuring every client receives clear, fair, and suitable financing solutions.

Core Responsibilities and Duties
Inspire and lead a high-performing sales team focused on logbook loans and asset financing.
Drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ensure every client receives clear, fair, and suitable financing solutions.
Provide training and mentorship to team members.
Ensure strong knowledge of, and strict compliance with, logbook loan processes and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for a driven individual with specific expertise in asset financing:
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Experience: Experience in logbook loans or asset financing is mandatory.
Leadership: Proven sales team leadership experience.
Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of logbook loan processes and compliance.
Skills: Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and drive team performance.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Station: Must be able to work from the Kiambu Fulfillment Centre.
