The role of the Insurance Sales Agent is pivotal in expanding the company's client base and ensuring sustainable agency growth by actively recruiting, advising, onboarding, and supporting customers across various insurance products offered by multiple underwriters.
Fantom is a licensed Insurance Agency offering a wide range of insurance covers from multiple underwriters. We are seeking professional and results-driven Insurance Sales Agents to recruit, advise, onboard, and support customers, while contributing to sustainable agency growth.
Responsibilities & Key Duties
This role involves the active promotion and sale of the company's insurance products, coupled with meticulous client management and reporting:
Actively market and promote the Company's insurance products and services to potential and existing clients.
Prospect, engage, and onboard customers through both digital and physical channels.
Advise clients accurately on suitable insurance covers tailored to their specific needs and risk profiles.
Conduct diligent follow-up on leads, policy renewals, and premium payments to maintain policy continuity.
Provide excellent customer service and effective after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction.
Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and strict regulatory compliance in all dealings.
Attend all mandatory Company meetings, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and strategy sessions.
Participate actively in training programs, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be measured against the following indicators:
Number of policies sold and premiums generated.
Customer acquisition and retention rates.
Renewal conversion rates.
Compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.
Customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Diploma in Insurance, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' experience in sales. Prior experience specifically in insurance will be an added advantage.
Skills & Attributes:
Demonstrated passion for sales and customer engagement.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role. Compensation is performance-based, linked to successful conversions, and includes competitive commissions, rewards, and sales incentives.
