The State Department of Transport (SDoT) under the Ministry of Roads and Transport is seeking qualified individuals to serve as Independent Members of the Board of Directors. Pursuant to Section 13 (4) of the Civil Aviation Act, Cap 394, appointed members will serve for a period of three (3) years and will be eligible for re-appointment for a further one term of three (3) years subject to favorable evaluation.
Required Areas of Expertise
Applications are invited from candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Civil Aviation.
Qualification and expertise in financial management or accounting, as a bona fide member of a professional body regulating the accountancy or auditing profession.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Aviation Law or Business.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Management.
