In-store Merchandisers - Kisumu

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Actively engage walk-in customers and promote Sheth Naturals products to drive interest and sales.
• Sales Targets: Drive daily and monthly sales targets to meet organizational objectives.
• Merchandising: Maintain high standards of product visibility and ensure displays are well-organized and attractive.
• Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and detailed product information and benefits to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with store teams and management to maximize all available sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
• Communication: Strong communication and customer engagement skills are essential.
• Attributes: Must be self-driven, target-oriented, presentable, and reliable.
• Environment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is considered an added advantage.
• Availability: Must be available to work full-time within assigned stores in Kisumu.
