About the Role
Sheth Naturals is looking for dynamic In-store Merchandisers to join the team in Kawangware. The role involves acting as a brand ambassador within retail environments, engaging directly with walk-in customers to promote natural beauty products, and ensuring that sales targets are met through proactive interaction and excellent product presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Actively engage walk-in customers and promote products to increase brand awareness.
Sales Performance: Drive daily and monthly sales targets to meet organizational goals.
Merchandising: Maintain product visibility and ensure displays are attractive, clean, and well-organized.
Product Expertise: Provide accurate and comprehensive product knowledge to customers to assist in their purchasing decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with store teams to identify and maximize sales opportunities within the retail space.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly reliable.
A presentable appearance suitable for a retail beauty environment.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Attributes
Individuals who focus on delivering results rather than just physical presence.
A genuine passion for sales and customer interaction.
Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or general retail is considered an added advantage.
Full-time availability to work in assigned store locations.
