The ICT & Graphic Design Officer at Human Capital Outsourcing Limited is responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, ensuring system security, and managing digital platforms. Additionally, the role involves creating graphic designs, digital content, and brand communication materials to support corporate branding and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Provide ICT support to employees across all departments.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals.
Manage user accounts, system access, and data security.
Monitor system performance and recommend technology improvements.
Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and posters.
Create digital content for websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.
Develop company presentations, reports, and corporate branding materials.
Produce graphics for product packaging and promotional campaigns.
Support photography, videography, and multimedia production.
Maintain the company website and digital platforms.
Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and system integrity.
Coordinate ICT equipment maintenance and software licensing.
Train staff on ICT systems and digital tools.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
Graphic Design Qualification.
At least 3 years of ICT experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.
Expertise in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Network Administration and Systems Administration.
Skills in Website Management and Content Creation.
Experience in Hardware Troubleshooting and ICT Support.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Cybersecurity Awareness.
Photography and Videography skills are an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, communication, time management, and customer service skills.
