Job Summary
We are seeking a mature, approachable, and empathetic Human Resource Officer to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience and demonstrate strong accountability, professionalism, and people management capabilities.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
Active membership with a recognized HR professional body (e.g., IHRM) is required.
CHRP certification or ongoing progress is an added advantage.
Prior experience in the automotive, retail, or service industry is an added advantage.
Mature, approachable, empathetic, and people-oriented.
Strong accountability, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
