Job Description
The Nakuru County Government is looking for qualified individuals to fill the position of Human Resource Management Assistant III. This role involves performing administrative and analytical human resource tasks within the county's established frameworks and reporting structures.
Role Purpose
The officer at this level will be responsible for executing routine human resource management functions. This includes implementing decisions in line with established rules and regulations and supervising junior staff members to ensure departmental efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Handle simple tasks of an analytical nature within the human resource department.
Implement administrative decisions while strictly adhering to existing rules, regulations, and procedures.
Supervise clerical officers and other supporting staff within the designated unit.
Assist in the maintenance of human resource records and data management.
Support the processing of various human resource requests and documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must possess a mean grade of at least C- (C Minus) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE).
Must hold a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Records Management, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Must have a certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution.
