Role Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and staff development, HR records, compliance, and policy implementation.

Implementing HR policies and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience.
Good knowledge of Kenyan labour laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
