Stellar Human Resource Solutions is a Human Resource Management Consulting Company based in Nairobi, Kenya, providing a comprehensive range of HR solutions with a focus on business needs. We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to support our human resource operations and consulting services.
The HR Associate will play a key role in managing international recruitment processes and overseeing general HR operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, maintain high confidentiality, and possess strong knowledge of HR policies and labor compliance.
Responsibilities
Facilitate and manage international recruitment processes from sourcing through to onboarding.
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll administration, employee relations, and training coordination.
Ensure the organization remains compliant with internal HR policies and national labor regulations.
Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, providing high-quality service and communication.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all human resource matters.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
Proven experience in international recruitment processes.
Solid understanding of core HR operations, particularly payroll, employee relations, and training.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance standards.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
