We are seeking a Hospital Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, financial management, and ensuring the hospital operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards while delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital branch to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
Lead strategic planning initiatives to align branch performance with the group's objectives.
Manage financial operations, including budgeting and decision-making to ensure sustainability.
Ensure the facility complies with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Lead and manage staff to maintain a high standard of clinical care and customer service.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Medicine, Clinical Medicine, or Business.
At least 4 years' experience in hospital or healthcare management.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital operations.
Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and decision-making skills.
