Job Description
Radiant Group of Hospitals (RGH) is a leading healthcare provider in Kenya and beyond, with a legacy of providing quality and affordable healthcare. We are currently seeking qualified Critical Care Nurses for locum positions at our facilities.
Responsibilities
Provide specialized and intensive nursing care to patients in the critical care unit.
Monitor patient vital signs and conditions closely and accurately document observations.
Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment used in critical care.
Administer complex treatments, medications, and intravenous fluids as prescribed.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
Provide emotional support and information to patients' families.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Must hold a Higher Diploma in Critical Care Nursing (KRCCN).
Professional Qualification: Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN).
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of active work experience specifically in a critical care unit.
Certifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are mandatory.
Licensing: Possession of a valid and up-to-date practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
