This senior role, Head of Finance, is responsible for directing all financial operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance within Human Capital Outsourcing Limited. The role requires a strong understanding of multi-currency, multi-country financial environments, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management and statutory accounts.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements across regions.
- Oversee audits, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Support business strategy through financial analysis and performance insights.
- Monitor project costing, margins, and profitability for IT solutions and contracts.
- Manage finance team performance, development, and capacity building.
- Implement and maintain financial systems, controls, and reporting tools.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, regulators, and tax authorities.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following essential qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in finance management, preferably within IT or technology firms.
- Strong understanding of multi-currency, multi-country financial operations.
- Experience in project-based accounting and contract management.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and financial reporting skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
