Glovinos Grill & Chill is seeking an experienced Head Cook to lead our kitchen team. Born from a simple dream to combine the age-old tradition of Nyama Choma with modern culinary excellence, we have become a premier destination in Katani, Syokimau for those who appreciate grilled perfection. The successful candidate will be an experienced chef with significant grill expertise, responsible for maintaining our high standards of food quality and overseeing kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with a focus on high-quality grilled dishes.
Oversee all daily kitchen operations and manage the kitchen team effectively.
Ensure all food produced meets the restaurant's standards for quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times.
Monitor and ensure high-quality standards in food preparation.
Requirements
Must be an experienced chef with specific expertise in grilling (grill expertise).
Ability to prepare and cook diverse menu items.
Strong leadership skills to oversee kitchen operations and a team.
Educational qualification: BA, BSc, or HND.
