Graphic Designer & Creative Brand Officer

As a Graphic Designer & Creative Brand Officer, you will be responsible for leading the visual identity and brand consistency of the company. Your role involves creating both physical and digital marketing materials, designing brand assets for outlets, and coordinating with production teams to maintain high-quality brand visibility across all platforms and physical locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong visual brand identity across all platforms.
• Design marketing materials such as posters, banners, menus, flyers, brochures, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Create engaging digital content for social media and online marketing campaigns.
• Design outlet branding, signage, uniforms, vehicle branding, and environmental graphics.
• Develop product packaging and presentation concepts to enhance consumer appeal.
• Support marketing campaigns, activations, and promotions with high-quality creative assets.
• Coordinate with external vendors including printers, photographers, and videographers.
• Conduct regular branding inspections across various branches and operational sites to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and physical outlets.
• Introduce innovative ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Support company expansion projects through strategic creative branding concepts.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Branding, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, or digital content creation.
• Experience in hospitality, the food industry, retail, or FMCG branding is a significant added advantage.
• Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, CorelDraw, or similar industry-standard software.
