Job Description
KIPS Technical College is a premier tertiary institution established and mandated by the TVET Authority to operate as an Educational Training Institute offering technical training leading to Artisans, Certificates, Diplomas, and professional qualifications. We are seeking a qualified Graphic Designer to join our institution. This role encompasses both creative design work for the college and potential instructional responsibilities within our training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality visual designs and concepts for institutional materials.
Develop layouts for advertisements, brochures, and reports to promote college programs.
For candidates applying for trainer positions, deliver technical instruction and training in graphic design courses.
Ensure that all training and design outputs adhere to the standards set by the TVET Authority.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic departments to ensure visual communication aligns with institutional goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant field (Graphic Design or related).
At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
In-depth knowledge of tertiary training and the TVET system.
Teaching and Technical Training skills are mandatory for those applying for trainer positions.
