The Graduate Trainee Development Program is designed to accelerate the growth of recent graduates into future leaders at AXIAN Group. Over a structured 12–24 month period, trainees will experience cross-functional rotations, gain exposure to different business units, and work on high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational assignments across different departments (e.g., Telecoms, Finance, Energy, Real Estate, Technology & Innovation).
- Contribute to strategic and operational projects that address real business challenges.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights to support decision-making.
