Oxyplus International Co Ltd is seeking motivated and target-driven Sales Representatives to support the expansion of our distribution network across Kenya. The company is a leading supplier of medical and industrial gases, gas accessories, baling twines, PVC flexible pipes, and plastic ropes. This is a field-based role ideal for individuals who enjoy working in the market, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth within assigned territories. While there is an immediate priority for candidates serving customers in the North Rift region, we are also looking for candidates to work countrywide.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new customers to expand the distribution network.
Maintain and nurture strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
Submit consistent daily reports and sales performance updates.
Monitor competitor activity and provide valuable feedback regarding market trends.
Design and implement efficient route plans for assigned geographical areas.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a Medical-related field.
At least 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably with familiarity in the gases industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively promote medical and industrial gases.
A self-driven and target-oriented personality with the ability to manage territories independently.
Must possess a valid driving licence; preference will be given to those with motorbike or vehicle experience.
