Garage Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Moshi for a Garage Manager. The Garage Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the garage, managing vehicle maintenance and repair, coordinating with drivers and tour guides, and ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition. Additional tasks include managing inventory, supervising garage staff, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Automobile Engineering or related field
• Experience in vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostics
• Skills in managing inventory and garage-related procurement
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a team of technicians and drivers
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in safety regulations and standard operation procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience working in the tourism industry is an advantage
• Relevant certifications in automotive technology or mechanical engineering
