Role Overview
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring high standards of guest service, and providing leadership to the front office team. This role focuses on maintaining efficient check-in and check-out processes, managing guest relations, and ensuring operational controls are met.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise front office staff and ensure adherence to hotel standards.
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Train and mentor front desk team members.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and front office controls.
Coordinate with other departments like Housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in a four-star property.
Degree or Diploma in Front Office Operations or Hospitality Management.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Good knowledge of front office procedures, reporting, and controls.
Excellent guest relations and problem-solving skills.
Ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team.
Proficiency in Opera PMS.
Experience in an IHG property is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
