Fixed Sales Supervisor

Role Overview

Jamii Telecommunications Limited (JTL) is seeking a Fixed Sales Supervisor to oversee the activities and performance of the Sales Team within an assigned territory. The primary objective of this role is to lead the team in achieving sales targets and meeting business goals through effective supervision, coaching, and strategic implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Target Management: Take responsibility for the assigned territory’s sales targets and lead the team to ensure these goals are met.
• Team Leadership: Guide, train, coach, and mentor direct sales agents to enhance their product knowledge and refine their sales techniques.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze daily sales performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement strategies in coordination with the Line Manager.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily team attendance and enforce the consistent use of field management tools.
• Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional activities as agreed with management.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Line Manager to set sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Team Communication: Conduct regular meetings to communicate goals, discuss strategies, and perform individual performance reviews.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: A Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Certifications: Additional certifications in Sales or Project Management are considered an advantage.
• Proven Track Record: A demonstrated history of success in supervisory roles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
