Key Responsibilities

• Client Assessment: Evaluate clients' financial needs and long-term objectives to create customized plans.
• Product Advisory: Propose and recommend suitable financial products and investment solutions to meet client needs.
• Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing client relationships to ensure their continued financial well-being and provide updates as necessary.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and economic conditions to provide the most accurate and beneficial recommendations for each client's situation.
• Strategic Planning: Guide clients in making informed financial decisions through professional advisory services.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Specialization: Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help clients manage effective strategies for future financial goals.
• Financial Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Finance and Investments to evaluate appropriate financial solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their financial needs.
• Experience: Experience in Financial Advisory roles; prior experience in the microfinance sector or similar advisory roles is an added advantage.
• Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site environment.
