The Branch Manager for the Eldoret Fulfillment Centre is responsible for overseeing the branch's daily operations, leading a team to achieve set performance metrics, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Drive sales and consistently hit revenue targets for the branch.
Lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals.
Oversee credit appraisal, portfolio management, and risk control measures.
Ensure all branch operations comply with regulatory and legal standards.
Make strategic decisions regarding branch growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent field.
3-5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or branch leadership role.
Strong expertise in credit appraisal, portfolio management, and risk control.
Proven track record of driving sales and hitting revenue targets.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Based at the Eldoret Fulfillment Centre.
