Finance Trainee

Capwell Industries Limited (CIL) is a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, operating since 1999, specializing in manufacturing high-quality flour, rice, pulses, and porridges. CIL has diversified its operations to include rice milling, porridge milling, packaging of wheat flour, and distribution of fruit juice, guided by the purpose: "Enriching lives through nutrition."

The Finance Trainee Role & Management Trainee Program

This 12-month program is designed to intentionally develop future leaders through structured exposure, hands-on experience, and mentorship across the business. We believe strong leadership is critical to sustaining our impact as our products reach millions of households daily. The Management Trainee Program is a key part of how we build that future.

This is not a classroom-based program. You will be embedded in the organization, gaining firsthand experience of how a complex FMCG business operates, makes decisions, and delivers value at scale.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking graduates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper and above) or a Master’s degree (any discipline).
• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Are adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Show leadership potential and a willingness to take ownership.
• Are interested in building a long-term career in FMCG manufacturing and commercial operations.
