The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities through direct interaction with clients in the field. This role involves actively seeking out new sales leads, meeting potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations to prospective clients.
Follow up on leads and quotations to ensure timely closure of deals.
Identify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide market intelligence reports to stay ahead of industry trends.
Educate clients on product features, pricing, and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client visits, and pipeline status.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales or business development.
Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel).
Traits: Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
Soft Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities; and a customer service orientation during deliveries.
