Role Overview
Our client, a leading provider of dental equipment and consumables, is seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to spearhead growth initiatives across Kenya. This pivotal role focuses on building robust client relationships, actively promoting premium dental products (equipment, instruments, and consumables) to dental clinics and hospitals, and engaging deeply with dental professionals to significantly boost sales volume.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for the following core functions:
- Promote and sell a diverse range of dental equipment, instruments, and consumables to dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through dedicated field visits, leveraging referrals, and active participation in industry events.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, professional relationships with dental practitioners and key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients fully grasp the usage, benefits, and maintenance requirements of the products.
- Monitor and report diligently on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging trends within the dynamic dental supplies market.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with the logistics, technical, and marketing teams to guarantee timely product deliveries and exceptional client service standards.
- Commit to meeting and exceeding established monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and gathered market insights.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: A Diploma is required.
- Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a sales role.
- Compensation: Salary range is KSh 30,000 - KSh 50,000 per month.
