Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the Directors.
Manage and coordinate executive calendars and meeting schedules.
Draft official correspondence, meeting minutes, and comprehensive reports.
Act as a point of contact between directors and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain organized filing and document management systems.
Oversee administrative procedures specific to executive hospital operations.
Coordinate multiple activities and meet tight deadlines.
Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professional discretion.
