China Mobile International Limited (CMI) is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Executive to join its operations in Nairobi. CMI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Mobile Limited, responsible for the operation of international business. The primary objective of this role is to engage with current and potential corporate customers to understand their overall strategy and key business drivers, developing a roadmap that facilitates the closure of CMI’s solution sets, including network services, IT procurement, and value-added surround services.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and prospective clients to identify business needs and align CMI's offerings with their corporate strategies.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain multi-level and multi-functional relationships to drive innovative solutions and establish long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis: Prepare regular analysis of competitor activity to understand market direction and proactively identify opportunities for expansion.
Consultation: Provide high-quality consultation and analysis to resolve customer needs effectively.
Sales Planning: Establish sales models, prepare tenders, draft agreement-related documentation, and provide periodic reports to senior management on the market situation.
After-Sales Support: Oversee service performance reviews, lead contract renewal negotiations, and drive process improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the Telecommunications or System Integration industries.
Specific Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in consultative and direct selling, tendering, and relationship management, specifically focusing on large Chinese multi-national corporations.
Personal Attributes: Positive mindset, result-oriented, self-motivated, hardworking, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
