World Vision is seeking an Enterprise Architect with a specialization in Business Architecture to shape architecture across multiple initiatives, products, and domains. The role ensures enterprise coherence by aligning solution designs with standards, target architectures, and transition roadmaps. You will identify cross-domain dependencies, systemic risks, and opportunities for reuse while acting as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders. Key responsibilities include shaping architecture across initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, identifying architectural risks, and contributing to the evolution of enterprise patterns. You will also maintain enterprise architecture views within the EA repository, mentor Solution and Lead Architects, and provide architectural input during business case development and planning. The role involves developing transition architectures and supporting the prioritization of improvements aligned with organizational strategy. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, with TOGAF or OpenCA certification preferred. Candidates must have broad technical knowledge of enterprise landscapes (applications, integration, data, cloud, security) and experience advising leaders on architectural trade-offs involving cost and sustainability.
