Engineering Trainee (Graduate Program)

Capwell Industries Limited (CIL) started operations in 1999 and manufactures high quality flour, rice, pulses, and porridges (FMCG). CIL has since diversified its operations to include rice milling, porridge milling, packaging of wheat flour, and distribution of fruit juice.

This Engineering Trainee program is designed to intentionally develop future leaders through structured exposure, hands-on experience, and mentorship across the business. This is not a classroom-based program. You will be embedded in the organization, gaining firsthand experience of how a complex Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business operates, makes decisions, and delivers value at scale.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking graduates who:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper and above) or a Master’s degree (any discipline).
• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
