Our client is hiring an experienced E-Commerce Assistant to manage online sales platforms and digital operations. The role involves overseeing the digital storefront, ensuring product information is accurate, and managing the financial and reporting aspects of online retail.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management: Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
Digital Operations: Oversee website uploads and ensure a smooth customer journey on digital platforms.
Financial Reconciliation: Manage payment gateways and perform regular financial reconciliations for online transactions.
Data and Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate operational reports and track sales performance metrics.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of practical experience in e-commerce operations.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Shopify and WooCommerce systems.
Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
Knowledge: Understanding of payment gateway processes and financial reconciliation.
