Director Finance

This senior leadership role, Director Finance, involves strategically overseeing and managing all financial operations of the organization, ensuring fiscal stability, regulatory compliance, and driving strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure Compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies.
• Provide leadership to the finance team and drive process improvements.
• Support management with data-driven insights for strategic decision making.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in senior finance roles, preferably in hospitality or luxury service sectors.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of strategic financial management and business planning.
