The role of the Direct Sales Executive, Personal Banking, is primarily responsible for generating business for the bank by actively marketing and selling products and services, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales quotas. The incumbent will report directly to the Team-leader Sales.
Purpose
This role is responsible for selling the bank’s products, meeting customer needs, identifying leads and follow up, building relationships and interacting directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Marketing and selling bank products and services to prospective customers.
- Contacting leads and scheduling appointments to present banking products.
- Assisting clients with completing necessary application forms and submitting them for processing to the relevant branches.
- Attending activations, door-to-door sales, and other organized marketing activities designed to promote and sell I&M products.
- Compiling routine sales reports detailing the number of sales achieved against daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
- Ensuring efficient follow-up on leads and maintaining consistent communication with customers to address complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Implementing cross-selling strategies to existing clientele.

Qualifications & Education:
- Diploma or Degree in a business-related field.
- Relevant work experience as a Sales Representative.
