Edenbridge Capital is a non-bank financial services company registered in Kenya that offers loans, guarantees, and insurance products. We believe that individuals and small to medium-sized businesses have the potential to thrive but often lack the necessary access to capital. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County for a Direct Sales Agent.
Role Overview
The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring clients, promoting the organization's financial products and solutions, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role involves daily engagement with potential clients, meeting sales targets, educating customers on financial offerings, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new clients for financial products.
Promote and sell the company's financial solutions including loans, guarantees, and insurance.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
Address customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Educate customers on available financial offerings and their benefits.
Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficiency in sales techniques and an understanding of finance-related concepts.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
High level of self-motivation and resilience.
Previous experience in sales or financial services is considered an advantage.
A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
