We are looking for a professional and welcoming Customer Service/Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Nairobi and help us shape the future of the company.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional welcome at the reception.
Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
Provide detailed information to clients about our range of non-toxic, vegan, and fast-dry beauty products.
Assist in managing salon appointments and customer flow.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Support point-of-sale transactions and basic administrative records.
Requirements
Education: Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or reception is an advantage but entry-level candidates with strong potential will be considered.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion: A strong interest or passion for the beauty and nail care industry.
Attributes: Professional demeanor, ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude.
