The Customer Experience Officer is a key role in ensuring a seamless patient journey and maintaining high standards of service at the medical facility.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Diploma in Front Office Administration/Business Administration/ Health Records, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: At least two (2) years working in a service-oriented industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
